Black Skirt – $25. The black skirt is pleated in front and should be worn to parades, shows and recitals (unless the traditional green costume is purchased). Sizing is according to waist size 18-20, 20-22, 22-24, 24-26, 26-28, 28-30 and 30-36. Please note that this skirt tends to run large because of the elastic waistband so please order with that in mind.
