Bernadete Buckley Kash, TCRG

Bernadette Buckley Kash is the Director of the Buckley School of Irish Dance, which was first established in 1976.  She is a registered member of the Irish Dance Teacher's Association of North America and the Irish Dance Commission, based in Dublin Ireland.  She has been a certified TCRG since 1992.  In addition, she has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Pace University.

The Buckley School of Irish Dance was originally formed as a family business.  Bernadette and her siblings danced competitively in the United States and in the All-World Dance Championships held in Dublin, Ireland.  In addition, they toured Ireland on three occasions as part of the "Shannonaires" Dance and Music Group.

Today, Bernadette personally teaches each of her classes which are held in Bay Ridge/Dyker Heights, Lynbrook/East Rockaway, and Park Slope/Windsor Terrace/Cobble Hill.  They are geared towards students from the ages of four to eighteen in Brooklyn and Long Island. The Buckley school enjoys a high retention rate, with many students remaining for ten years or more.
